Target execs are more interested in fitting in with the liberal elites in Minneapolis than providing adequate returns to investors and job security to employees. Betsy Hodges is proud of the company.

I've never worked for a company that treats its employees more like prisoners then respected people. Whenever the powers to be have a grand idea that's gonna take Target to the next level and then it fails miserably. The backup plan to that failure is start treating everyone like sh--, crack down on everyone and demand everyone work harder with less to work with while morality is rock bottom.
TGT management has made crippling mistakes for years. This is just the most recent, although possibly the dumbest.
