You want to see them at greengate. They have not got a clue and they have some one in charge who never went to college .he's over skilled men I'm a skilled man and it takes the piss . You give him a drawing and he's clueless. And then there other guys who walk about thinking there ten men . My job is safe get rid off the dead wood management . And keep the shop floor skilled men .

Maybe it's the industry that produces bad managers? I have friends in the industry, not NOV but TXIPC. They have an ex cop that is dirty. Your plant manager is a dirty cop that has no experience in the industry, that's your boss. Rhymes with reef covington. Imagine having having to deal with that. Ask yourself if you would receive the same treatment?

Problem is, from what we have seen so far, management is keeping the wrong pockets. It's like friends and family night and no looking long term toward the future.

There are some good leaders there... and some bad. The cronyism has created pockets of bad teams. As they continue to eliminate some of these folks the others' true colors will shine through.
