Eeoc might be your best bet or a labor lawyer Nlrb has no bite take too long if company has money
if your shop is currently union organizing, then contact NLRB, otherwise contact EEOC
- better have evidence (documentation, emails, recordings, witnesses, etc)
I doubt you will get the actual name, as posting names and advertising is not allowed here. Maybe someone can give you some general directions, i.e. refer to a case similar to yours or something.
