Looking for a real answer here. Why aren't waiting to go to ATS and then organizing there? We'd get the bonus and the union. I'm sure I'm missing something. Thanks

Because having the union negotiate the contract for the move to ats will insure nobody gets screwed. Any changes from here on out will need a majority vote.
