I think the business unit modifier was taken out for this year's bonuses.

legacy EMC is still on their own MBO system of bonuses until fiscal year 2020, calendar year 2019.

calendar Q4 2016 paid out at 100%. calendar 2017 will have 2 half year payouts, and calendar 2018 will have a single year one.

the year after that legacy EMC will move to the dell bonus structure.

Is bonus same for combined company DELL EMC ?

or different for Dell storage and emc storage, as revenues are significantly different

Actually, take your base pay and multiply it by the bonus target for you pay grade, multiple that by the business unit modifier, and then by your personal modifier based on you performance review.

AS an example - $75,000 based pay times the corporate modifier 90% for you pay grade 8% times your personal modifier 90% example: $75,000x.08x.9 x .9 =$4860

Percentage of your pay dependent on your pay grade (8-15%) x corporate modifier (0-15%) x personal modifier (0-115%) = bonus.

People can't give an exact dollar amount. It's going to vary from person to person, I would think. If it's 125%, then that would apply to your cut, I assume.

125 percent of zero is still zero. What is the actual dollar amount?
