Anyone heard locations impacted from the union stating 1,500 layoffs.

Just wait till they announce the 7-8 day cycle and the 787 going to South Carolina
Its not back ten years for mechanics... November 01, 2011 for 30304. May of course be further back for other job codes. Either way we all knew when Connor had his company address last year that he was being completely dishonest about trying not to lay off. Its good for share holders and that is all the company is for anymore...
Notices will be out to employees this Friday 03/17/17.
Confirmed that 60 day warn notices are going out to grade 4 mechanics this Friday in Puget Sound.

I've heard several managers there going back 10 years. It makes sense with 747 dying off 787 will be gone from Everett. 767 on a 8-10 day rate and 777 will go to a 7-8 day rate and building one plane at a time. It's gonna be worse than 911 if you look at the numbers.
About 1,200 engineers were laid off during all of last year, said Bill Dugovich, a spokesman for the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace, or SPEEA. He said 350 of those layoffs were involuntary.
Dugovich expects this year’s totals to be about the same. “We know there’s going to be more,” he said.
