As expected cuts in jobs have started.
In today high management meeting it was decided to let go 10 emoloyees who are high on cost and burden to us.
This list must contain either director or senior manager, Consulting engg, tech leads and similar.
Friday will be last day for them.

Hey Mr., Everyone in Avaya is cribbing expect the ones who have adopted Avaya because they know that no one will hire them outside Avaya. They all will leave sooner or later as soon as they get better opportunity. People cribble here because they cannot raise voice anywhere else against the wrong doings of Pune leadership.

Please layoff my mgr PD. He has faked his experience of delhi in 2006 time frame.
He was a trainer in some 3rd class coaching center. His experience certificate is fake. He sleeps at home everyday from 12 to 4pm after lunch.
His current salary is 26L.
He should be on 0L.
BTW he is trying to switch job from a very long time but as expected he fails in 1st round itself.
