Can someone explain me what the BAC bands are? I am trying to get a job with the company and would appreciate any help.

Band Zero is top of the house.
You really want to look at other companies. Unless you like berated by management and want to live in constant fear of losing your job.
Really listen to those who say "DON'T DO IT " unless this will be a second income in your house.
Great point @M5W8hQZ-1ivw, just made my day. Can now look at things in a better way, thanks.
#DON'T DO IT
Bands run 1-8, if you are a 7 or 8 you are probably a teller or a clerk, read hourly. A 6 could be an analyst or supervisor. Same for 5, could be indivual contributor or manager. 4's are higher level managers or individual contributors with significant experience, they have also had a target on thier backs for years. Band 3 starts the executive level, band 2 higher level exec. Band 1 top of the house. This is generally speaking of course. Band denotes salary range as well as incentive comp pools.

If you are interested in financial companies look for start-ups in fintech. They reward you with equity and most likely will be targeted by big banks for acquisition.
Try to ask for stock awards at the big banks and see what they say.
It's a salary hierarchy.
