Thread regarding Carousel Industries layoffs

Dear Carousel Customers

you shouldnt worrry about the massive layoffs today

you shouldn't worry that all noc staff including those fired today have your usersnames passwords and Ip's and that they won't be changing them i'm sure you'll still be safe

any concerns just ask jeff he will tell you everything is fine

avaya security is a joke . Carousel uses the same logins and passwords for up to 50% of its customers including Fortune 500 accounts

Any one with the login and password and IP address could access any system at any time and wreak havoc . With the use of a proxy server and vpn you would never be discovered.

Hope this is encouraging to carousels customers out there.

Carousels IT and NOC is a joke . It's never really been run by anyone with serious knowledge of data security. Just a bunch of beer swilling good ole boys

I don't know how they get away with no drug tests for new or current employees and have access to customer PHI PII data

you can't work for most of our customers without a background check and drug test but you can work here and have access to those customer systems

my last company would never let that happen here you can get away with anything they used to even drink during work in the NOC but finally stopped that at least
