Bankruptcy filing

Is it really true that it is happening this week? Been hearing some whispers.

I'll just be happy once I get my final severance payment in a few weeks and i am no longer in anyway tied to this company :-) thank goodness I got the money before the whole thing goes under. I feel sorry for everyone that is left behind!

I'm planning for it to happen after there's no longer a problem with keeping the real estate.

They can most likely be considered to be technically insolvent and have 60 days from end of fiscal year to file their annual 10-K (around April 1st give or take a few days) they will probably use ALL that time to delay the inevitable bk filing to try and make things look as pretty as possible and could conceivably make it to July if asset sales, loans, cutbacks, layoffs etc etc all ALIGN properly

Never Happen

Not this week but within the month. Stock will not be propped up any more so it will tank under 5.00 and will be delisted. Once delisted the end will come

HH Gregg probably will file tomorrow or by next week. Their stock was delisted last night.

Stock market doesn't seem to think so. Just your run of the mill (for Sears) 5% loss today.
