SAP implementation program is coming to a screeching halt as the new CIO is shocked with the R1's KPI (21%) and more shocked with the way R 2.1 is built so far, mostly July go-live will happen but in 2018 or 2019 and not in 2017. Deloitte will replace IBM for the further releases.

even IBM is OK, but Cameron folks in ITT is horrendous and horrible
Cameron's last nail will be soooooooooooooooooon
SAP has always been a business ERP package that you adjust for your needs
just more reason for more lay offs
Just one more reason to get rid of Cameron legacy employees.
The so called IBM consultants are just a bunch of pretended subject expert. Because none of the SLB management in ITT has any SAP knowledge or experience, they completely lost control of the project and let the consulting firms trolling the Enclave building and selling their useless concept. In the end, they instead of SLB controls the timeline to maximize the billable hours.
New CIO, New Head for Cameron Division, just expect all the damn F** quit or kicked out soon along with SAP. Our legacy systems can do better job with little more attention , all our sales operation planning, demand planning, production plan and procurement ..... are butchered for many months in our plants due to this faulty design in SAP.
SAP software being implemented by SLB, biggest project for SAP on the planet . Cameron division now 100 per cent SAP , version modified to what they call Optimus version( mostly smoke and mirrors) .
Whether SLB use IBM or Deloitte makes little difference as both useless and charge literally a billion dollars to push you down their path. Mostly Indian consultants who think a xmas tree is for Xmas time , enormous risk project will be years late and may get compromise solutions . Cameron guys don't speak enough languages to satisfy SLB bosses who of course speak 2 as none are English first language ....what a cluster ****
What is this project about?
I would love to learn more about it, we should slam them on this topic!
