Are you WORTH 6-digit salary?

Especially in Folsom or Hillsboro? If you're HONEST you know the answer is a big fat NEGATIVE!

If I go from high salary company to Intel lower salary will company give me a competitive offer? Or are they restricted by regions salary range? I am thinking of Portland to Rio Rancho for example.

"value" is what you can take them for.

Any other definition is fatuous self-congratulation.

well it's not just pure economics. It's about how much you are liked and valued. For example women and minorities are paid less in many industries.

"It's not what I think. It's what employers think" - exactly!!! You are worth whatever someone is willing pay. It's called economics.

It's not how much work you complete.

It's whether the work you do has value.

If you work 80hrs a week on mica bracelets, your value is negative and you should be fired or redirected to more productive work.
