I always felt bad seeing th hiring of all those PhDs into process engineering. Yeah they make 125k +- a bit but it is laughable to say they do research or development. Even in PTD only a few lucky ones get the opportunity to do anything close to what is promised. You get 7x24 mindless technician like work and it is even worae in D1C and FSM with how PTD treats people.

I guess you get a green card, get to buy a house and raise a family, but what a waste of talent and the drudgery. Then you got focal and the big raises and next ACT coming

Glassdoor must be full of fake people posting trying to discourage people from working, or maybe just call up any front line engineer in Ronler or AZ how life is on 14nm or 10nm.

By now almost every major graduate program has a PhD somewhere in TMG the truth about working as a Process Engineer in development and manfucaturing on the leading edge is well known

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
