It seems Avay employees from Pune are the most unsatisfied people when compared to all other regions within Avaya. What's the problem guys? Either Pune leadership is so weak and they are unable to manage or employees are in tremendous pressure or may be both. Everyone in Avaya is clueless for sure but it seems at Pune there is altogether a different game and their frustrations are coming out on this blog.

The only reason is non sense leadership
Well the Pune office doesn't seem to do much for the company besides b--ch on this forum all day.. KK should shut it down.
