Turns out the morons at Schlumberger/MCE can't get qualified people to pass they drug test for manufacturing jobs.
More layoffs are also rumored to be coming. Guess the frenchies don't like the low stock prices.

Just give it time, they will write an Exemption for the drug test also. Just one more way to navigate around their self induced politics.
