Looking at the Sears Holdings website with when the Q4 results were presented in the years past makes me think that they will likely be presented on the last Thursday in February which this year will be on February 23!

By law it can be no later than 40 days after the quarters end, so March 9th would be the latest.
It will be as late as legally allowed. Just think, they needed to have a cash infusion after the Christmas season which is the time when any successful retailer is flush with cash from holiday sales. Just goes to show you just how much of a disaster the holiday season was for SHC.
It will be as late as possible since they will be arguing with their auditors over the value of the write downs they have to take with the Craftsman sale. Auditors will be keen to be as accurate as possible so they don't get sued in BK proceedings. Going to be a total $hit $how.
