The training focus is laughable at this point. @1cnk is spot on - most managers never saw ACT coming and had to carry out the poorly thought-out policies of the 12+ crowd. This makes me feel even better to be out.
Who will first train the grade 12s (VPs and MCM members) on managing with honesty and integrity? They actively pursued the stealth layoffs of 2015 and the perp walking of successful SL4s in 2016 just days after the Q1 announcement -- hallmarks of opaqueness and sleaze.
BK said no change to focal. Rather, they'll focus on back to fundamentals training for managers.
There is no new focal process. Focal remains as it is. Instead ALL INTEL MANAGERS around the world at all Intel sites will be trained F2F by grade 12+ (VPs or MCM) on how to manage people/work with integrity and honesty.
Hm. I guess only people from Intel posting here are Koolaid dispensing shills, because otherwise someone surely would have mentioned something about the new focal process by now.
