Do they remember those weekends away during AZ cutover? How about all those late nights? Time lost with family. Taking calls on PTO days.

You are an expendable corporate asset, to be thrown to the curb at the whim of rich corporate executives. That's Sabre's MO, and Sean Menke is continuing the legacy.

We spend all this time on DPM's - for what? To bust your butt, then have your self worth crushed when you're told you are no longer needed - see ya.

Shame on you Sean Menke. You're just another rent-a-CEO doing nothing different.

worked so many weekends for AZ cutover. so many late nights on releases. so many extra projects as we could afford to hire a PM. and then to be let go. this company always hires extra when they get projects and then lays off each year. just poor planning and staffing. why dont they trim down management layers. have a lean organization. do you need lead, dev manager, qa manager, Architect, BA, Scrum Master , Product owner, PM, business ops, account exec , delivery. For Gods sake. Keep the team that does the real work.

i wish the executives would come read all this but i doubt it. I too got layed off yesterday. So much work in the evenings and weekends to be thrown out like this. SAD! Thankless company!!!
