Nash said Avaya would be “marrying a balance sheet restructuring with an operational transformation"

Operational transformation is a big word guys. Cost cutting would definitely happen at Avaya in near future. Product development or new feature introduction would be reduced to very limited products. Employee benefits will get affected though management is still trying to convince the opposite.

India leadership please understand, I don't BELEIVE my leadership at all. I am not motivated by the ongoing fake speeches. The truth is Avaya Inc is bankrupt. In Avaya only managers and directors withdraw huge salaries, the techies get very little. Thats the reason there is high attrition rate of techies when compared to managers, senior managers and directors. Everyone in India will now hunt for new jobs. The best ones will get the job and the bad ones will only remain with Avaya.

Operational Transformation = cost cutting = layoffs If you cant raise the top line (revenue) you cut the bottom line (expenses). The Chief Nickel Squeezer who is now Sales lead will have to cut even deeper, court looks to maximize debtors return not build a company.

India is a support center. It'll be outsourced out of the company.
