Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

The future for AVAYA is strong

Today in an all hands meeting for Galway, local leadership said there will be coming changes to senior management team. The changes to top management could be as early as next week and that local Galway management team may be the future leaders of the Customer Engagement business. This would be great for all of us in Galway and mean long term investment will continue. The rumors around the office are that a leader who predated my time at AVAYA is going to rejoin the leadership team. I met Oliver Daniels last year at the Christmas Party and it will be great to have him back. Thanks to Pat L. for all the great communication during this transition.

I must say they are surviving just because of tax rebate. Else cost and quality do not match.

somebody has to pay the liars (lawyers). administrative fees to proceed with restructure will not be cheap. Nope, not drinking the cool-aid. there will be pain and spin that will propagate trying to smoke screen decision making.

sounds like future is bright if your the law firm handling this account
