I say shut down Greengate and Dundee and move all their work to the U.S. and other locations. The UK is a pain to work out of and the people are all overpaid.

Think people with a proven record of bringing revenue into the company like Tom Martin are the people that will take Montrose further, scrap RFE and just go sole subsea. Where all the money is I'm afraid.

Left Nov last year, new job at home more money and due a 3 per cent pay rise this year.
Bosses etc still get bonus and a few low rated office staff...no one has had pay rises in years!!

Would hate to think the state the place would be in if it wasn't for all the good work PCE and Mission have been doing. They have carried the place and made up all the profits. Think a lot of people should appreciate the good job the planners down the road have been doing as the same cannot be said about other departments.

Following the resent visit from the 6 musketeers Brent avenue will be moving to rig to use the freshly painted workshop, since it's such a shi** hole up there rig are coming up to paint Brent avenues work shop since your all highly experienced over paid janitors/painters.
The next 4-6 weeks will be revealing for us in the workshop and yes...last comment is very true
heard in the grapevine Greengate are taking a shed load of work away from Brent Avenue, Montrose. gearboxes I believe, is this true. went there for a visit this week, WHAT A Sh-- HOLE!!!!. According to some people I talked to who are up there on loan from Rig the bosses are all obnoxious arseholes.

Long time coming. Bob and the Scottish crew can only protect you so long. They don't do anything in that shop anyway other than take it apart, send it out to a vendor, and put it together. Yawn... anyone can do that.
Montrose managers/supervisors never wanted these products. They and the so called engineers know F--- all about them and don't want to know. Most of the shop floor don't want to work on the stuff, so fill yer boots.
Be warned. Doomsday is definitely upon us. The organisation has been top heavy for years as they have continued to screw the little man. Closure is not far away.
