Sallie Mae has long drawn the ire of student loan borrowers struggling to pay back their debt.
But as it turns out, they might have had a real reason to complain.

I have to echo Ezh's sentament...duh. we have a corrupt government and financial sector that co exist to divest people of money by any means necessary so it can be hoarded at the top. Why would anyone be surprised by this? What surprises me is the stupidity of half the voting population in this country.
Well duh... who here doesn't know that that Sallie Mae lobbyist and EDMC did pay the government to change the bankruptcy laws for personal gain.
And don't worry, we have been fighting the government, too. If it werent for all the taxpayer subsidies being funneled to you lot by the Department of Education, you wouldn't even be an operating company.
