Dell cares zero for anyone but the top 1% most of whom are paper pushing pencil necks who have never sold or created anything nor seen the light of day for years as their heads are so far up MD rear. he surrounds himself with syncopates and they tell him employees love him , them and the company. Problem is that so many Dell Employees have put up with being treated like bar yard animals that upper management has no reason to not believe it's own lies.
