Embarrassing...

This is getting very embarrassing, how is this level of incompetence tolerated. People are genuinely concerned about there future, their family and what happens next and JC and the whole EC can't get a business update right.....this is it for me, I'm out. I can't do this nonsense anymore.

The board are stalling until they position themselves into another lucrative position.

Taking advantage of the spiralling position that the company is in.

This situation could have been avoided, THEY ARE CRIMINALS !

yup sales reps at Avaya do not work that hard. the sales model depends too much on partners to close deals and sales reps just ride a long.

People should leave Avaya and many will not because their job has been CUSH for years. I know many front line sales people who work only 2~3 hours a day.

It's like a free vacation if you're still here at Avaya. Tomorrow I'll make some calls, then I'm going to take a nap, maybe catch a midday movie, have dinner and wait for Saturday. Friday I may call another sales person to meet me for lunch. Everyones doing it.

No kidding- totally agree with the incompetence of our board, the EC and leaders. This has been dragging on since last May, when the announced this. Probably going on even longer
