It seems Avayan's are very very afraid to face the ugly situation. You had a chance to look for better opportunities outside Avaya. But, it was very hard for you to leave the comfort zone Avaya provided you for years and years. Just few more days to go and then you will understand how hard it is to work outside Avaya.
