I've heard that the president of aerospace was retiring in March. Is this true and who is his replacement?

No, unfortunately it is not true.
The CEO is retiring in March, but we are stuck with Tim for a while longer.
Actually Mahoney should be fired instedvof being allowed to retire. He is the one who has driven Aerispace into the dirt with his money pinching ideas that fail ( I point specifically to the Infosys deal) and keeps his idiot cronies on and makes them business presidents (Bob Smith running a business unit and expecting him to make P&L and growth)
