I see some recent posts are missing. Is this site administrated?

many i read were valid non-troll posts. and blocking mobile or company IP's will not stop the noise.
Site rules, no trolling, bulling and naming names, admins remove your posts and block your IP. Not sure, but recent ones but it seemed fishy to me, bunch of posts in short period of time, all about doomsday coming.
