Whether it is from the economic interests, or from the strategic layout considerations, Seagate Suzhou plant shutdown is puzzling.

Perhaps readers remember 2015, there are rumors that Jiangsu Province, a famous US company factory suspected of tax evasion, many people first reaction is AMD, because they have a packaging factory in Jiangsu Nantong (last year to AMD factory in Nantong also sold), then it was disclosed, the company involved is Seagate.
