What did they make at NOV Gateshead facility? Now where are those parts going to be made ?

Blaming the ex-Quality Manager (not the last one NOV had) soley for the certification issues does not give a full picture. Sales (unwittingly) and customers themselves have to shoulder some responsibility if the full requirements for an order are not placed on it. Just saying.
Don't forget the 150 people layer off at the end of November.
They knew what was going on with false heat treatment graphs being sent out in packs
Don't think any one was misinformed mate, outside agencies were involved and the quality was also noted offshore by Technicians using the products .
Amazing how the misinformed are blaming quality, when in reality, they know nothing of what went on. The rumours on the floor was BS, and the truth set aside.
But that doesnt matter, as it gets in the way of a juicy tale.

Most of the product was badly made and certification was signed off by corrupt quality manager ( make that ex quality manager) I would hate to see the recall list for product sent out when he was in charge, ouch, it will be millions I reckon
Gate valves, mud valves, plug valves, choke valves, check valves, relief valves, swivels, union fittings, integral pup joints, fabricated pup joints, manifold fittings, hammer lug unions, flow heads, choke manifolds, mud stand pipes, cement manifolds etc etc etc. Will probably be moved to Breen road or Aberdeen - proposal date is Q1 / Q2. Good luck to them; they will need it.

Can't remember what they made but been told all manufacturing will be done in the US.
