Ptobably just another rumour.
They have wanted to sell hbs or parts of it off for several years. Do a Web search. Found a discussion of it after the unsuccessful utx buyout.
Nothing that I see on sites that follow the stock mention a buyout as it would probably make the financial news similar to the other businesses they have spun off.
have you heard anything or just speculating?
