No he is more creative, he will cut holiday allowance, vacation balance, car allowance, multi-skill, blah blah blah, He will also cut spending on parts to support current activity until our clients cry then fire the manager for doing what they were told to do, then leaving the remaining people with less. He will cut all forms of investment to run the business leaving everyone left over worked and stressed out and looking at early death from stress induced illness. At the same time he will tell everyone you are the lucky ones who still have a job, you need to engage more with people.
He is the least creative CEO in the market.

Heard a lot of legacy Smith personnel will be replaced. Many services to be run by DD's and MWD engineers.
Bit engineers will be weeded out and the inhouse directional team decided what bits to run.
