Agreed - trying to change Intel while the current leadership in place is a waste of time and energy and will only get you singled out and ISP'd.

For way too long, the formula for promotion at Intel has been "managing up": Parrot what your bosses say and do, even if you know it's back as$ward. Only kool-aid drinkers need apply...

I agree with OP. Intel is too big an organization for you to change. B--ching about it will only make you miserable. Take care of yourself and fine a job with a company better suited to yourself. Take care of You LLC. No one else does nor should be as interested in you we'll being as yourself.
