I suspect only if you are retirement eligible, at least 55 with at least 10 years of service.

Being that I got terminated in November 2016 woukd I still be eligible for a bonus I myself thinki not, well what do you think?
Maybe even a portion or prorated amount ?

For PIP people,
You get a 4% bonus for the first 6 months pay per the Halliburton agreement.
Example... you make $50k a year.
First 6 months you make $25k. You get a 4% bonus paid out on the $25k. Approx. $1000 (before taxes)
Personally i would work for nothing at the BOD.The honour of just being in the same place as so many helpfull and compassionate people is humbling.It is indeed a bonus in itself to be allowed to work in such a great atmosphere.Money is of secondary importance when you are talking about the great DON.As Margaret thatcher once said "rejoice",just "rejoice".

Look at the BHI SEC filings of 12/30/16 for the CFO and now departed former chief of Legal. They just gave those two stock totaling more than $ 10 MM. they can give us our stinking bonuses. I'm even hoping to see an annual raise for the first time in 3 years, but then I'm fond of delusions.

They said in Red/Blue that if the Hal merger deal fell thru, employees of that date would get EV for those days of the year, dispersed in early 2017.
My understanding is we'll get Expected Value for the 1st half of 2016 and only the 20 % personal performance of EV for the 2nd half of the year. So figure 60 % for the year as a whole.
