In Pune , India .. 95% of the so called Engineers dont know anything ... and surviving due to politics and status quo.(You scratch my back , i will scratch yours). Get them screened by a 3rd party for their so called technical abilities ...then the truth will come out.
I know some 30 people in Pune , with 0 technical skills .. still there .. killing it slowly.

Avaya Pune file half as many patents every year as compared to Infosys, with 1/100th the number of employees. Don't just go around writing trash, just because your technical skills are considered useless by people at avaya. You should go to one of these services companies, you will shine in those places where only BS matters.
