We can not even send out a proper meeting invite, that is the incompetence of this company in a nutshell. Any one on JC's all hands call today, no, me neither because whichever retard sent the meeting invite couldn't send it properly. We also can't use our own software, every single all hands meeting since the restructuring announcements and Scopia has crashed. No wonder KJK has taken to recording his messages on another companies software....what a great endorsement for our customers.....

Face it. This company is run by imbeciles. Always has been. The current leadership is incompetent and anyone who would challenge them is eliminated. Avaya is where it is now because of a defect in leadership. Oh, KK would have you believe that it's because of any number of circumstances, but in reality, it's the CEO who is supposed to navigate a company to success. He has obviously failed and should have been terminated years ago. It's astonishing that some people here actually think he's a good leader. Huh? Sadly, this moron will move on to destroy yet another company. You can't fix stupid.
Made even worse when our CEO openly mocked a 30 year employee for having the balls to speak up, not to mention the comment about firing a sales person for giving him an answer he didn't like!! EGO..
