calling it the golden child is probably one view point but then as a group tech is pretty headless: more in the last two years. outdated stuff, lofty ideas but unpragmatic.
oh..and planning is plain stupid.

Confirmed impact with IT.
Definitely IT today. A lot of impact on QA & project/program manners (TPMs). To get around WARN Act severance minimum, they are splitting into at least two dates
