So many years ago I walked in the front door with dignity and confidence. Happy to be at Sears and confident I could do a good job. If I get "the walk" tomorrow, I'm going out the FRONT door the same way. Dignity intact and confident I did everything possible to help deliver success. If you also get "the walk", hold your head high. The deck was stacked long ago. Best of luck to All.

I was thinking that earlier too. I will walk out with dignity and feel sorry for the people left behind.
But then I started thinking about the people that would lose their pensions. The people they are really sticking it to.
I really don't have it so bad. I'll find another job and move on. I'm not one of the people who was hanging around for the pension they were promised.
But the people that have stuck it out for so long only to have it ripped away...
Well let's just hope it is all just a big rumor.
