Any US citizens terminated from IM contract have any luck getting SLB to follow through with tax services from Deloitte? BACO claimed they won't authorize tax services unless employee was on payroll Dec 31st of 2016. I asked for documentation of this policy but no response. Kind of a raw deal for those of us with mid year termination without cause but that's SLB for you.

Ah the "IS Payroll website" conveniently inaccessible before accepting assignment and after they lock your account. Guess I just have to take your word that it is clear and exists since BACO isn't willing to show it.
US Tax Reimbursement Policy which has been on IS Payroll website for years is pretty clear on this. Tough luck.
I have never heard of this.... There is no mention of it in the NAM Fully Mobile policy. It just states that tax assistance will be given in the year that you leave the US.
