So Indra talks lot about diversity. So let us talk. Explain how systematic replacement of already diverse IT work force with one made up of fewer american citizen and more of SINGLE foreign ethnic group diverse ? Because that is what happening with pepsi continued outsourcing abuse. Greater than 90 percent of workers on outsourcing firms payroll is lesser-paid H1-B Indian and 2 out of 3 workers doing IT work for pepsi are from such firms. Don't need phd to see this is not diverse. Enough hypocrisy. Enough corporate greed and selling out american workers. America First.

By not declining she removed possibility for more negative attention started from controversial statements she made after election. At same time she gets unique opportunity to push ulterior motives and influence decisions. Well played move by Indra, well played.
Indra should have taken a stand and declined the offer if Trump is such a threat to all the globalist pepsico values, the Uber ceo did, but she didn't. That is very telling.
And yet Indra was honored to be chosen for Trump's round table of CEOs...
We already took a big step getting Trump elected, we need to support him and keep making as much noise as the intolerant left does
Indras version of diversity is nothing more than cultural bias, if not racial bias favoring the Indian culture, it's obvious to everyone.

It was never about diversity, it was about supremacy. What does it say about Indra who was a long time supporter of the most corrupt political candidate of all time HRC? Indra even had email contact with Huma Abedin, who is married to the greatest sleazeball of all time. Who knows how many skeletons Indra has in her closet. Do a wikileaks search.
If people think she got to where she was through just hard work I have a bridge to sell them.
Connect the dots, why did she make the statement that 'employees were crying' after Trump's victory? She knew in the long run that her ideology is opposite to the Trump administration.
Unfortunately unless the pepsi swamp is drained nothing will change. There are pockets of resistance here and there but the majority of people I encounter are useless idiots drinking the koolaid.
Indra won't be CEO long, her tenure is already way past the average for a CEO and at the last forum she looked horrible.
We need to use our power and form alliances. There's one thing about pepsi culture. Managers need their team members to have a job because they are mostly useless otherwise. If a manager has ten people on his team and they all had the stones to demand changes, I'll tell you right now the manager isn't winning that battle.
We need to be smart, and proactive. Complaining on these boards is ok, but real world action is needed. Get involved in the community and write your senators and congress people. Like that poster mentioned below, start tweeting and writing to Trump and his team. They will listen, they are on our side.
You all have the opportunity, use it. You ever read a book on American history and think "I'd be right there in Normandy, or I'd be right there fighting for our values." That time is now. Do whatever you can, even if you are working from the shadows.
