Who cares? They're not a part of Intel.
Intel sold a majority interest in McAfee last year to private equity firm TPG.
Intel bought McAfee for $7.7 billion the firm was evaluated at $4.2 billion. Intel received approximately 3.1 billion for the 51% interest sold.
McAfee is now independent of Intel.
