I am PD as well as SP as well as RS or any others manager. Everywhere you look in Avaya Pune, you will find me and people like me only.
And you are right, no one hiring me or no company will dare to hire me or people like me
Hence, I am waiting for Layoff and only Layoff. Until then you are stuck with people like me.:)
SP, search job and leave Avaya, ah you are trying but no one is hiring you, pitty you, see for yourself what Avaya made you and you are the best example for everyone else in Avaya to foresee there future

Likewise but only people who get packages are people in LRC category so do a crap job and you get it. Do a good job and no golden handshake if you leave. Messed up or what!
