A lot of Supervisors in Ct took the package more than the company wanted, now they have no exit date. Nice of the company to keep these long tenured employees, that did whatever the company has asked. Now they are debating to give some the offer to stay. Ridiculous of them to play with these people's personal lives you want me don't want me, this is awful playing with people's emotions. Supervisors any thoughts?

Sups ain't safe either 25 years with this company 15 as a tech 10 as a super stellar reviews meets or exceeds and wow all of a sudden a top performer becomes a require improvement employee. They just wrote my ticket blackballed from ats no raise no bonus so let me tell you this RUN FOR THE HILLs
They don't have a choice, if the want the package, they have to wait for their date
I guess the supervisors are good still doing what the company tells them to the very end good luck
