What a FUBAR looks like a big recall and face plant by the reliability guys.

Wait till you see what happens on 10nm

Sounds more like a lifetime rel issue. Yep, somebody drained the swamp of those validation verification guys. I guess they thought that would speed up the product cycles.

@1eqz Yeah the engineers and designers will get at the very least IR's on their focals... if not perp walked --the managers will get promoted or given options to move elsewhere of course.

All the best Atom validation engineers got ran off long ago -- so I am Jack's complete lack of surprise

No hate here, just news on Intel's products. The only hate I have is for the fraud and lies that Intel spews on a dily basis, like the sham Fab42 announcement at the White House. BK thinks he's slick... I'll be looking forward to the excuse the next CEO presents on why Fab 42 can't produce 7nm chips.

Common sense would dictate QRE and clock circuit designer get perp walked immediately.

However, by Intel logic, they will probably be promoted.

Intel makes logic, but doesn't use it. And that, my friends, is why the company is fcked up.
