I found a YouTube video a man made giving a tour of the Sears his family use to shop and explaining what he was seeing ie no customers in prime holiday shopping time, fixtures from the 90s and floors so old and worn out they look dirty even though they are clean. It is an intresting watch.

WOW!!! The Sears in that video is AWESOME! I just got home from work at my Sears and I watched this video. My hat's off to the folks at that Sears for making it look as good as it does. If that guy who shot this think that Sears store is bad then he should come film mine. His little girl would be clinging to him in sheer retail terror. I mean that the Sears in the video actually has product. We have spooky wasteland spaces.
I have even suggested that we film a Blair Witch type movie short in the back room storage room of our Sears with other associates. I am pretty creative.

"Fixtures from the 90s?" You must have been in one of the more modern Sears/K-marts? My K-mart has not been remodeled since it opened in early 70s. Missing floor tiles, water stained ceiling, empty shelves, virtually no aisle displays,few employees and fewer customers. Surprised it has remained open. My store is leased and expect it to close soon.
