Does anyone know the facts about changes to Distribution. I been hearing a few rumors about hour changes are these changes for the OM?

Well that way I see this is all over employees faces and they just don't want to accept it. I just say make plans for changes. have some savings in case you need it if you loses your job for any particular reasons . It is a business and in order to keep on the market they need to do what they have too even if it affect employees. Put yourself in their positions.......
The thing that management always overlooks in the DC is how MORALE of its employees affects the work
0f the employees. They sit around and come up with all these new processes that might save a minute here and there of "wasted time not working" but if the employees don't like the process than it ends up
Wasting even more time throughout the day because of unhappiness, gossiping and complaining about management. Here's a little advice for the higher ups. The best way to get the most productivity out of each employee is to keep them as happy as you can!! Stop with the constant harassment about numbers,
Stop with the nonsensical ticky-tac process changes that pisses everyone off and most importantly just treat us like humans. You want more productivity?? If we actually felt valued and not like prisoners when we're there than maybe you'd get more productivity.
Some DC's are going away from temp agencies and using a new on demand staffing App. They gave them.a fancy Title "Specialist " but there ain't nothing special about them . Same people that worked for the agencies applied at the App and are now working at Target. Target claims it is a Fast Fun and Friendly place to work but it has become over the years anything but that. On a daily basis the OM are digging around being extra noisy in what the team members are doing or talking about. They geed you every start up on how safety is number 1 priority and in the same token take away your stretch and warm up time with daily business talk and goals. You are expected to perform way above 100% on a daily basis in order for targeg to be successful. If Target isn't successful at us being at 100% then we have bigger issues and should fire the a--holes who are fckn up at the management levels.
It was not huge. Just more of the same. They want to try some different processes in the DC. Nothing changing with pay, shifts ect.

Our OM this morning told the team that there is a huge announcement tomorrow(Monday) she even told the people who have off that they should come in for the meeting.
If you want innuendo, in founded rumor or complete BS this is the place to find it. There is no good intel here it is purely garbage in/garbage out. The good intel that was here was chased off long ago by the keyboard cowboys.
What are the rumors? Just saying "hours changing and pay cuts" doesn't explain anything. What are they changing to? Is this a reliable source? Is it coming from an SDD or higher?
Yeah, there will be no more Distribution. Everyone will move with the others to Amazon.
