Thread regarding Pearson PLC layoffs

Boston Town Hall

Senior management has no answers or solutions.

Serious tech players are fleeing, dead wood are clueless.

2018 looking worse than 2017.

What a joke Pearson has become. So many long time contributors pushed to the curb while overpaid useless senior managers continue to sink the ship. Fallon should be ashamed of himself. Where is your "Efficacy" now John??

Boston Services & Delivery/PLS Custom let about a 1/3 of the department go. Last day is April 4th.

Boston had layoffs last week with impacted staff notified. HigherEd layoffs are supposedly coming in the next few weeks. Boston has HigherEd staff so I would guess Boston and Hoboken will have more layoffs in the future.

Since many of us were not at that meeting, can you elaborate on the town hall with details and also did Boston deal with layoffs recently?

"Boston hit with layoffs Day" - this comment is unclear. So you mean Boston people already received notices? Or that layoffs are coming?
