Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Decline repairs coupons

When I give a customer a estimate to repair their Applaince and they decline the repair the company want us techs to give our customer a 10% off coupon for a new Applaince They want us to encurage the customer to go to Sears to buy a new one. On the bottom of the coupon is my info so when the sale person input it, I will get $5 for each one. but this year we are getting $2.50 ea. I'm not surprised but it would be nice if we were told before I got my pay stub info and my Tech Manager did not know either.

And yes I'm calling them Customer not Members. Sears home services want us to WOW our Members

Wowing my Customer is one thing but Wowing my member is something quite different

Seems like they would be required to tell you that.

Well they have to save a billion dollars somehow. Cutting your coupon incentive in 1/2 to 2.50? Yikes. How bout cutting Leena's 1/2 million salary?

Lol for the member comment.
