Not having items in stock even though the website says we do is a daily occurrence. Some are so use to it they just tell me they will go elsewhere or order line. I have managers pushing store to home, I wonder if corporate gets that most people willing to order in are willing and able to do it themselves and will use the opportunity to look around for a better deal.
But...but..your website SAYS you do! I want to talk to a manager...
