Recruiters are still there to send out job offers. Useless position that could easily be handled by stores.
More consolidation, more jobs lost, more work for those who are left. Get used to it, more to come
Anyone work in the Sears Orlando,FL district/market.
Stores 2855&1325 both Sears FLS got moved to the Orlando district.
Does anyone know who the market/district HR "recruiter" is for Orlando?
Is the regional HR manager the person who sends out the employment offers to the candidates? Or is that on a lower level?
Also, the Regional HR Manager position was eliminated.
All of the store-level IBO changes that would affect you have already been announced (except for APP' and the new risk levels). What was announced yesterday was the new Region/Market alignments. We're down to 24 markets. Some markets had their Hardlines/Softlines Market Manager positions consolidated to Market Merchant Manager. That's about it.
Sears and kmart will be gone by the end of the year so no amount of restructuring can save them. They already cut hours to the bone in most stores. The morale in the stores is horrible, the customers are upset that they aren't getting the service. At this point, it's an embarrassing situation

Everything! Please. For me I guess the most important is how it affects the Sears full line stores if anything.
