The Cream 'Pod FX' BU is now moved to Engagement Solutions from Networking division. The remaining Milk 'Networking' division will now be sold. Smart move !!

Its nothing more that some data gear and Aura UC/CC servers in a pretty rack-mount frame. No magic. Its almost comical that KK and GB praises the POD business as I thought they had drank the "we are a software company" Kool-Aid.
They did move the Fizzy gang over to UC PM this week so does look like they are preparing to jettison Networking.
Not sure it is cream but POD FX revenue was always in UC licenses not selling a few switches and management SW no one wanted. This never belonged in networking and likely suffered because of it.
Why no announcement
Everything including Oceana needs connectivity - will be a stupid move if they allow this to happen, but there again with this ExecTeam anything is possible.
Does this have to go via the courts or is it already done - will there be annoucements soon - what about the sales and support folks do they stay with Avaya ?
